Yesterday the @Sketch_Dailies topic of the day was Xena the warrior princess

I was drawing Xena and thought something was wrong with her legs, then I figured it out.

In this drawing her legs are in a very masculine bow legged pose. When a man shifts his weight he tends to stand bow legged like this. But a woman...

... tends to bend her knee inward, creating a nice S curve along her side.

Finished sketchbook

Just filled up another pocket sketchbook. I really focused on having finished pieces that I would share in this sketchbook. However, I would like to focus on filling this next one with ideas, finished or not, just 'Throwing up' on the pages! An idea can be overworked, instead it should be explored. I have too often drawn one rendition of a character or idea, I would like to push myself to have more versions of an idea in the future.
